Autoship subscriptions do not include a money-back guarantee. If you are trying a product for the first time, we recommend starting with a one-time purchase to see how it works for you before switching to monthly shipments.

Cancel or Skip an Autoship Shipment

  • You can cancel or skip shipments anytime in our subscription portal.
  • To avoid the next charge, please make changes before your next charge date.
  • If an order has already been charged, contact support as soon as possible. Orders processed within 12 hours may be canceled.

If for any reason you're unsatisfied, you may request a refund within 90 days from the delivery date of the first order for each unique product or bundle.

Returns (If Required)

  • Returned items must be in the original product packaging.
  • All returns must be approved before sending.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must provide a tracking number.
  • Returns must be sent to the original dispatch location, which may be outside your country.
  • Refunds are only processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
